3.2 Account Security

3.3 Verification

hhjili may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documents at any stage — including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withheld withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Payments

hhjili accepts deposits exclusively via approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

  • The minimum deposit is ₱100 for most e-wallet methods.
  • Deposits are credited to your hhjili wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
  • hhjili does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
  • Deposits made via third-party accounts — accounts not registered in your own name — will be refused and returned.
  • hhjili does not accept cash deposits, cheques, or cryptocurrency.

All payment methods must be registered in the same name as your hhjili account. Mismatches will be flagged during verification and may delay or block transactions.

5. Withdrawals

hhjili is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible. Most requests via GCash and Maya are completed within five minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet typically settle within the same business day.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

  • Withdrawals are only processed to verified payment methods registered under your name.
  • A minimum of one deposit must have been made before a withdrawal can be processed.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, your balance will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds will not be returned in any case.
